Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given by Ducklings Bay Preschool, to any other institution for any reason whatsoever without your consent.
Ducklings Bay Preschool reserves the right, in its discretion, to change or modify all or any part of this Agreement at any time, effective immediately upon notice published on the site.
Ducklings Bay Preschool treats your personal information or your use of the service as private and confidential and does not check, edit, or reveal it to any third parties except where required by law.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Annual Fee, Tuition fee, and Admission fee are non-refundable.
- If there is any excess payment for any reason, the student may file a claim with the Principal/Director/Accountant, which shall be adjusted in next month’s fee.
- If the child's fee is delayed more than a month, the child’s admission shall be canceled.
Terms & Conditions
- I/We agree and accept the services provided by Ducklings Bay Preschool for payment of school fees through online mode.
- I/We have no objection to the Online Fee Payment System providing receipt details to the School.
- The School is not liable for any non-errors in payment details. I/We shall not hold the School responsible for any loss, damage, etc.
- Any disputes on payment details will be settled by the online payment system.
- I/We agree to make fee payments as required by the Online Fee Payment System.
- Ducklings Bay Preschool does not charge any processing fee from the students for online payments. However, students will pay the merchant banks' charges.
- The School is at liberty to withdraw the Online Fee Payment System without assigning any reason.
